Helping Business Rebound and re-open towards an even better Walnut Creek

As the city works to help businesses transition out of the impacts of COVID-19 and re-open their operations, we have launched our Rebound Program. Based on feedback from the business community, Rebound is designed to be a comprehensive approach to helping businesses re-open as we transition through the COVID-19 crisis.


For all temporary changes as part of the Rebound Program, there is no permit fee. (Standard fees apply for permanent changes.) Additionally, we have simplified processes and applications to help businesses re-open quickly and with limited processing.
