Facility Rentals

Please note: In response to the Contra Costa Health Services order to cease non-essential operations and gatherings in order to limit community exposure to COVID-19, all City buildings are closed until May 31st. Thank you for understanding.

We appreciate your patience as we work through the process of issuing full refunds to all renters in that time period.

 

Whether you're planning a beautiful wedding, business meeting, a fun family reunion in the park, or a basketball game with your buddies, we have just the facility for you! Walnut Creek Recreation manages five rental facilities throughout the City, including the Walnut Creek Library, Shadelands Art Center, Heather Farm Community Center, Civic Park Community Center and Tice Valley Gymnasium.
