Registration for fall CERT classes is under way!
Please note that there is a $20 CERT program fee payable the first day of class (this fee does not apply in the Rossmoor classes). CERT Graduates are sworn in as Disaster Service Worker Volunteers for the City of Walnut Creek.

Evening classes will be Thursdays, Sept. 2 - Oct. 7 PLUS Saturday morning, Oct. 16.  For the schedule, click here

Daytime classes in Rossmoor will be held in November on Nov. 1, 4, 8, 10, 15 and 18. Students must take all classes to graduate. Space is limited, and preference is given to Rossmoor residents. For the Rossmoor class schedule, click here.

To register: 
E-mail CERT@walnut-creek.org with your home phone number, and home address.  You may also take CERT in another city if space is available. For a list of CERT classes in Contra Costa County, go to the Contra Costa Fire District website.

NOTE: If you are making up a class, please call (925) 256-3556 at the start of the CERT Session to verify the order of class topics.
