Will there be Alcohol at your event?
(Only beer, wine, and champagne may be served)
If so, there is a $100 fee for the Alcohol Permit.
in addition, Non-Profit Organizations will need to obtain an Alcohol Beverage Control Event permit from the ABC Office in Oakland.
For the Community Centers/Library: A non-refundable Security Deposit of $500 is required for reservations made 90 days or more in advance. All other rental fees are due 90 days before the event date. For events booked less than 90 days in advance, all fees and charges must be paid in full. Security Deposit is refunded only after the event should you never cancel your event or change your event date.
For Gazebo Only rentals: All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking.
For non-profit groups: A State Treasurer’s letter of non-profit status must accompany your initial payment (deposit and/or rental fees). All payments for your event must be made with a check from your Organization. Your event will be billed as a private event if proof of eligibility and/or proper payment is not provided.
