Aquatics, Performing Arts subject of July 2 Fiscal Sustainability meeting
Due to the economic downturn and other contributing factors, the programs, services and facilities Walnut Creek provides to the community will no longer be fiscally sustainable at current levels beginning with the 2014-16 Budget. The City Council is holding a series of public meetings to consider the City's priorities in providing services and the facilities that support these services. On July 2, the Council will receive updates on the Performing Arts and Aquatics programs. A special Fiscal Sustainability webpage is now available with information about the meetings as well as links to reports and meeting minutes.
