Tice Valley & Foothill Community Gymnasiums
The City of Walnut Creek, in cooperation with the Mt. Diablo School District and the Contra Costa Jewish Community Center, offers two state of the art Community Gymnasiums.

We provide an exciting and unique opportunity for part-time employment, from gym attendants to score-keepers. Shifts include weekday, evening and weekends offering up to 35 hours per week. We are seeking team oriented people to work for the most prestigious gyms in the Bay Area. For more information, please see contact information above.
After School Sports
The City of Walnut Creek, in cooperation with local school districts, coordinates after school programs at Foothill Middle School and Walnut Creek Intermediate. We employ coaches, officials and score-keepers for the following sports: basketball, soccer, flag football, softball, volleyball, golf and track. Gym Attendant (Positions are currently filled)
17 years and older
$8.50-$9.50 hr.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Ability to enforce departmental rules and regulations.
- Ability to set up and take down various sports equipment.
- Must be able to operate cash register, make change, keep records and maintain facilities.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Knowledge of the use and care of recreational equipment.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Score-Keeper (Positions are currently filled)
16 years and older
$8.00 - $9.00 hr.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Ability to keep accurate records.
- Ability to deal with a high pace environment.
- Able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Knowledge of the use and care of recreational equipment.
- Ability to be at job site at designated time.
