  Alma Park

The City officially dedicated the opening of Alma Park on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2003. The city’s 19th park is on a two-acre site nestled between Ivy Hill Apartments and the Regent on the Park condominiums. The site was purchased by the City in the 1980s and developed into a park for the City by Ivy Hill developer Steve Seely. Alma Park features rolling lawn, benches, decorative arbors, and an impressive view of Mount Diablo.

Parking is available across the street in the Plaza Escuela public garage. Alma Park may be accessed by a path from the southwest corner of Olympic and California boulevards. There is no public parking available at the park.
