Welcome to the Walnut Creek Police Department Reserve Division web site.  Located 25 miles east of San Francisco and in the pristine foothills of Mt. Diablo, Walnut Creek is the retail, commercial, and entertainment hub of Contra Costa County and the Bay Area.  We maintain one of the largest and best trained reserve police officer organizations in the state with roughly 30 active sworn personnel contributing over 13,000 volunteer hours to the community last year. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our site and learn a little about our City, our organization, and the opportunities in reserve law enforcement.
