Sector One encompasses a great deal of the downtown shopping area south of Mount Diablo Blvd. and extends south to the Alamo border.  Also included in Sector One is Rossmoor.  Sector One is generally the busiest of all our patrol areas, and poses a significant amount of challenges because of the varied mixture of business and residential areas.

The dedicated officers and other department personnel that are assigned to Sector One enjoy the strong community support that has always been a hallmark of this great city.  We work very hard to detect, prevent and solve crimes through all means available. We continue to work closely with the businesses and residents to make Walnut Creek a safe secure place to work, live and play.
