City Manager Ken Nordhoff

The City Manager's Office carries out City Council policies and directs the activities of the various departments and services. It is also responsible for community relations activities such as the public information program, Citizens Institute, Community Emergency Response Training (CERT), cable TV franchise enforcement, and public events. The City Clerk's Office is also under the umbrella of the City Manager's Office.
