The applicant proposes to raze the vacant 24,862 square-foot building and construct three new retail buildings totaling 34,598 square feet. The anchor tenant on the site will be a 25,000 square-foot Henry’s Farmers Market grocery store. Two smaller retail pad buildings are also proposed.
