  WCPD Reserve Division History

In 2002, the Walnut Creek Police Department Reserve Division celebrated its 50th Anniversary.  In honor to all those that have served the City of Walnut Creek and its citizens, we will be posting quite a bit of historical information to this site.  As one can imagine, trying to reconstruct 50 years of service is taking a little time.   Please check back again in the near future for updates.  In the mean time, here are a few photos from various stages in our past.  The captions and descriptions are pending...

This is "Flipper" the primary patrol vehicle for the Reserve Unit in the 1980's and 1990's.  Flipper has since been retired and replaced by Ford Explorers.
