  Boundary Oak Golf Course Advisory Committee

Our Mission
The Boundary Oak Golf Course Advisory Committee:
Serves as a forum for communication between various golfing constituencies at the Course and the contract operator and city staff. Renders advice and opinions to staff, contract operator and the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Commission (PROS) on playing conditions at the Course. Recommends to the PROS priorities for future capital improvements or infrastructure replacement needs required at the course. Recommends to the PROS adjustments in rates and charges at the Course.

Meetings
The Boundary Oak Golf Course Advisory Committee normally meets at 4:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month at the golf course. Meetings are open to the public.

Members
The committee is composed of the following:

  • a representative of the Men’s Golf Club
  • a representative of the Women’s 18 Hole Club
  • a representative of the Women’s 9 hole Club
  • a representative of SIRS
  • a representative of junior golf
  • a golfing citizen at large; not a member of one of the represented clubs
  • a liaison member appointed to the Committee from PROS
