Arts, Adventures & Academics 2011 Registration

(Note: there is a fee increase for enrollments received after June 1)

Dear AAA Families;

Thank you for choosing Arts, Adventures & Academics Summer Camp! AAA Summer Camp Registration is a 2 step process. Please follow the directions for each step. If you have any questions or would like assistance, please call us at (925) 943-5846. 

Step One: Please complete one each of the following forms for each child being enrolled.

·         The Application Form for the appropriate grade level K-4th or 5th-9th may be filled in on the pdf form and saved or printed or it may be completed by hand.

·         The Emergency Permission Form for Participants and Waiver and Release of Liability Form may be filled in on the pdf and saved or printed or completed by hand.

·         For enrollees grades 5-9, parent must read Rules of Conduct for Arts, Adventures, Academics and student must acknowledge and sign or agree.

Step Two:  Submit forms and make payment in one of the following ways.  Make checks payable to City of Walnut Creek and note AAA in the memo area.

ON-LINE:    Go to EZ Reg – CLICK HERE to begin. Click on the "Activities" tab, select "School Ages", select "Art Camps", then choose Arts, Adventures & Academics and make your selection and payment. Fax, deliver or mail in forms. From June 10-June 24 - Online Registration will no longer be available.  Call (925) 943-5846 or come to the Shadelands Art Center office for assistance.

BY FAX:     Send forms and VISA/MC payment information to (925) 988-9907

IN PERSON:   Drop off forms and make payment at Civic Arts Education Shadelands Art Center, 111 North Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek.

BY MAIL:     Send forms and payment to Civic Arts Education, 111 North Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek, CA 94598, Attn: AAA.  Make checks payable to City of Walnut Creek.

BY PHONE:    Call (925) 943-5846 during office hours to enroll and pay by phone.
