DESCRIPTION: Sand, prime, and re-paint the playground benches on the school blacktop and re-stain the flower boxes at school front entrance.
LOCATION: 2200 Parish Drive; meet on the blacktop behind the school buildings.
NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 16
AGE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age 12
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Using sanding equipment; exposure to dust. We're looking for electric sanders and extension cords.
VOLUNTEERS SHOULD BRING: Protective work clothes, hat, sunscreen, mask or other protective covering for nose and mouth, water. If possible, bring electric sander and extension cords.
