Projects that still need volunteers will be listed at the Community Service Day registration area at Heather Farm Community Center PROJECT NAME: Fresh Start Fall Garden and Outdoor Clean-up SPONSOR: Fresh Start Walnut Creek (Homeless Respite Center) DESCRIPTION: Volunteers will do general outdoor and garden projects: Rake and bag leaves and shrub clippings; move and spread wood chips around raised garden beds. LOCATION: 1924 Trinity Avenue. Meet at Fresh Start parking lot. NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 10 AGE REQUIREMENTS: All ages welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
