PROJECT NAME: Historical Society  -- Rejuvenate 1906 Edible Garden

DESCRIPTION: Help us rejuvenate the Shadelands Ranch 1906 garden. You will weed, cultivate, install drip irrigation, prune fruit trees, label trees in the mini-orchard, and other projects.

LOCATION: 2660 Ygnacio Valley Road. Meet in the front parking lot.

NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 10

AGE REQUIREMENTS: All ages welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Work involves stooping, digging, climbing, hammering, carrying, raking. We need 1 person with drip system construction experience.

VOLUNTEERS SHOULD BRING: Work clothes, work gloves, hat, sunscreen, water. If possible, hoe, shovel, rake, one rototiller with fuel, large plastic bags for weeds.
