NOTE: This project is full. Projects that still need volunteers will be listed at the Community Service Day registration area at Heather Farm Community Center. PROJECT NAME: Fall Landscaping at ARF SPONSOR: Tony LaRussa's Animal Rescue Foundation
DESCRIPTION: Lend a paw to freshen up the yard surrounding ARF's pet adoption and community center. We will rake leaves, trim plants, pull weeds and move mulch in the extensive grounds and memorial gardens.
LOCATION: 2890 Mitchell Drive; meet in front of the building.
NUMBER OF VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 20
AGE REQUIREMENTS: All ages welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to bend or stoop. Some repetitive tasks and some heavy lifting. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing you do not mind getting dirty.
VOLUNTEERS SHOULD BRING: Hat, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, gardening gloves, water
