Dig In! - Walnut Creek Library Groundbreaking Ceremony May 19, 2008

 
More than 200 people participated in the City's official "Dig In!" groundbreaking ceremony to begin construction of the new Walnut Creek Library on May 19, 2008. Mayor Gwen Regalia and the City Council were joined by residents of all ages in wielding shovels for this photograph taken by Public Information Officer Brad Rovanpera from the roof of City Hall.
